Taking into account the far-reaching changes made to European law by the Treaty of Lisbon, it covers all important new cases and legislation whilst developing existing topics. Treatment is given to a number of new regulations on jurisdiction and choice of law and a large number of recent decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Court of First Instance across a range of European law issues.
