About the Author
Raymond Byrne is a barrister and Director of Research with the Law Reform Commission. He is the author of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Law in Ireland (2nd edition, 2008). In 2011, he was awarded IOSH Ireland?s Safety Person of the Year. He is also co-author of Byrne & McCutcheon on the Irish Legal System (5th edition, 2009) and of the Annual Review of Irish Law series (in its 26th year in 2013).
