Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LegalBooks.ie

The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please note This is a small privately owned Irish business both The shop in the Four Courts & Website are run by 1 or 2 people so everything is done as fast as is possible.

Although we are the largest law book stockists in Ireland we do not have every book in stock all of the time due to the high stocking costs.

All orders are processed as soon as possible.

We use a number of different delivery methods An Post, DPD, DHL, Fastway & HAYES DX 

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

From the time of you receiving "order fulfilment" notification, meaning we have packaged and arranged delivery of your order the estimated delivery time is 1/3 days in most cases we provide a tracking number this is not currently available through the DX.

Delays

The main delays currently are due to supply into us from publishers that send us stock from the UK the main publishers that do this are Thompson Reuters (Roundhall publishing) & OUP ( Oxford University Press ), The delays in these orders can be up to 14 days.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will endeavor to contact you via email or telephone as soon as we know.
