About the Authors


Hilary Biehler is Professor of Public Law in Trinity College Dublin. She has written extensively in the fields of Equity and the Law of Trusts, Civil Procedure and Administrative Law and is the author of a number of Thomson Reuters Round Hall titles.
Philip Gavin is a Lecturer in Corporate and Financial Law at University College London. His research focuses on Company Law, the Law of Equity, and Insolvency Law. His published research explores the fiduciary duties of directors and trustees and equitable remedies in commercial contexts.
